How do I make a purchase on your site?

After browsing our site and finding a product you wish to purchase, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button. To purchase with Agriculture Books store, you can either choose to register an account with us, or checkout as a Guest. Once you have finished adding all chosen items to your cart, click on 'proceed to Checkout'. If you have a discount code, be sure to click on 'My Cart' here to enter this code before clicking 'Apply Coupon'.

The checkout process involves three simple steps:

2 Enter your payment details

3. Review your order before confirming your purchase

How long do I have to wait to receive the books I ordered?

Once you have submitted your order, we will process it within 24 hours, and then ship it to you via India Govt postal / Private Courier services. Generally, shipping within Indian States takes between 5 and 7 working days.

How can I change my shipping and/or billing address?

To change your details, simply log in via ‘My Account’ and go to ‘My Settings’ at the top right of the screen. Here you can make the necessary adjustments to your account settings, including updating your shipping and billing addresses. If you would like to change these details while waiting for your product to be delivered, kindly contact us so we can ensure your order is shipped to the correct address. Once order is packed/shipped/delivered, change in shipping address is not possible. contact us if any need.

Can I track my delivery?

You can easily find out about the progress of your delivery by emailing us at agriculturebooks.in@gmail.com. We also send an email to registered email with tracking id. Our friendly staff will be happy to inform you of your order status. Just remember to quote your order number and payment receipt in your email.

How can I reset my Login and/or Password?

If you have forgotten your Username or Password, click the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link when logging in to kick-start the password recovery process. Follow the prompts to provide your email address and we will email your password details directly. If you encounter any further problems logging in, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

I received the wrong product. What can I do?

If you receive an item you didn’t order, please contact us so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible

How much does it cost to deliver to my country?

Can I cancel my order?

Agriculture Books store considers order changes on a case-by-case basis. Within 12 hours of purchase, you can directly cancel the order. After that cancel an order is not admissible. Please contact us if you require assistance changing or cancelling an already submitted order.
